We admit, we’re a little biased. At Fairprice Movers, we love California. We love that we’re never more than a few hours away from the ocean, lush farmland, mountains, giant redwoods and sequoia, and of course, wine country. During the winter, we can ski and surf in the same day, if we have the energy.
It’s no coincidence that California is the most populous state in the country. Nearly one in eight Americans calls the Golden State home. California’s economy is the fifth largest in the world, thanks in no small part to Silicon Valley and Hollywood. The state is diverse and dynamic, which is why It’s not surprising that at Fairprice Movers, we move a lot of people from Los Angeles to the San Francisco Bay Area.
California’s diversity is part of what makes the state feel like a nation unto its own. Southern California is known for its glitz and glamour while the Bay Area is known for its laid back attitude and as the tech capital of the world.
