As a San Francisco moving company, we pride ourselves on high-quality moving services to keep your worries at bay when moving in or out of the San Francisco area. These services include the following:

• Door to door service
• Time starts at your door and ends upon completion of your move
• We hold a 3 hour labor minimum, plus any additional time used counted in 30 minute increments at half the per hour rate until done
• We never charge time and a half overtime fees, any additional hours for your move will be at the same rate that you originally booked
• Loading and Unloading
• FREE disassembly and reassembly of your furniture as needed
• FREE use of blankets for furniture wrapping protection
• FREE use of up to (10) wardrobe boxes for the hanging clothes in your closets
• FREE use of moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, tools, tie downs, the day of your move
• FREE basic cargo insurance as required by California State Law
• Materials are charged additional per use
• Certificate of insurance can be obtained for $20
• No hidden charges for long carries, stairs, elevators, bridge tolls, mileage, additional pick ups and drop offs
• Drive time: A 1/2 hour of drive time is added for moves within San Francisco. Additional drive time may apply for moves outside of San Francisco.
• Fuel $15 flat rate fee for moves within San Francisco. Additional fuel fees may apply for moves outside San Francisco.
• Parking: It is your responsibility to provide adequate parking at the pick up and drop off points of your move for the moving truck. If we get a ticket, as a courtesy to you we will pay the first $50, the remaining balance is your responsibility.

• Guaranteed move date
• We have a 72 hour cancellation policy
• Pay at the conclusion of the move in cash, check, or credit card (3% processing fee or 5% for American Express)
• FRAGILE ITEMS & ELECTRONICS: In the event you do not have original packing materials or protective boxes originally used at time of purchase of high value, electronic, or fragile items, these items may require special packing by us in order to be safely moved and avoid potential liabilities resulting from possible damage during the moving/transporting process.
